In this paper, two groups of primary school teachers of the school group Mont Amba were observed using a video camera in geography lessons, grammar, and arithmetic. The objective was to report to us the type of influence of teachers on students previously sensitized to the proper management of pedagogical relationships between teachers and learners. After analyzing the observations supplemented with the grid of Flanders, the Man Whitney U test and Student’s t test, the results showed no difference between teachers not sensitized, and teachers sensitized. All are characterized by the predominance of direct style, regardless of the type of lesson they teach and the class in which they are located.
